About the journal “Legal Ukraine” – a scientific professional legal publication founded in 2003.
The journal publishes the results of original scientific research in the field of law, as well as the results of interdisciplinary research related to legal topics.
Purpose and objectives of the journal
The purpose of the journal is to promote the development of legal science, disseminate the results of scientific research, discuss current problems of legislation and law enforcement practice, and ensure scientific communication between researchers in the field of law.
The main objectives of the publication are:
- publication of the results of original scientific research;
- highlighting current problems of legal theory and practice;
- promoting the development of scientific discussion;
- dissemination of legal research results among scholars, teachers, students, and practicing lawyers;
- promoting the integration of Ukrainian legal science into the international scientific space.
