INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF HOTEL SERVICES IN UKRAINE

The article further develops the study of legal regulation of the modern hotel services market. It is found that although the general legal framework relating to the hotel services market in Ukraine has already been established, specific regulatory support is still lacking. Taking into account international requirements for the quality of hotel services, numerous industry regulatory documents need to be updated.

It was noted that licensing and certification procedures should play an important role in improving the work of the hotel industry. It was concluded that, taking into account international requirements for the quality of hotel services, the state should first of all adopt the Law of Ukraine “On the Development of the Hotel Industry” and update numerous industry regulatory documents.
