PROBLEM ASPECTS OF CIVIL LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF BUSINESS ENTITIES IN THE SPHERE OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS

The article further develops the study of regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of business entities in the hotel and restaurant business. It is emphasized that in order to achieve the country’s competitiveness in the world market, the state needs to adopt advanced legislation on the hotel industry. In addition to laws, the state should actively operate hotel industry institutes, conduct high-quality training that would meet today’s demand in the hotel and restaurant sector, and create and develop international and domestic hotel industry projects. An important factor contributing to the development of the hotel industry is its financing by the state, as well as attracting investors to this industry.
