REGULATORY AND LEGAL REGULATION AND STATE SUPPORT OF THE TOURISM INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE: THEORETICAL AND APPLIED ASPECT

The article is devoted to the gaps in regulatory and legal regulation and state support for the tourism industry in Ukraine.

It is emphasized that in order to achieve the competitiveness of the Ukrainian tourism product on the world market, the Ukrainian authorities need to implement an effective state policy to support and develop the tourism sector, develop tourism infrastructure, create conditions for increasing the attractiveness of regions for foreign and domestic tourists, improve the quality of tourism services, and ensure their comprehensiveness. In view of this, the tourism industry in Ukraine requires not only proper legal support, but also funding from the state and attracting finance and investors to this industry.

Keywords: state, tourism, tourist activity, tourist infrastructure, tourist product, quality of tourist services, adaptation of national tourism legislation to EU legislation.
