STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS OF PROVISION AND IMPROVEMENT

INFORMATION POLICY, INNOVATION ACTIVITY

AND PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN UKRAINE

The article analyzes the strategic objectives of the Ukrainian authorities, the degree of their implementation in the field of information policy, innovation and intellectual property protection, and presents its qualitative state through the analysis of regulatory legal acts of the Verkhovna Rada, the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. It is proven that in the field of information policy of Ukraine, cause-and-effect relationships are violated, which hinder the systematization of legal norms on issues of innovation and intellectual property protection.
