“Legal Ukraine” Magazine was founded in 2003.

         Founders:

– Kyiv Regional Center of the National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine;

– Research Institute for Private Law and Entrepreneurship named after Academician F. G. Burchak of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine;

– Yurincom Inter Limited Liability Company is the first Ukrainian law publishing house.

“Legal Ukraine” Magazine is included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine in which the results of the dissertation works for obtaining the scientific degrees of doctor and candidate of law can be published. According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 2814 dated 28.12.2017.

“Legal Ukraine” Magazine publishes exclusive author’s articles on topical issues of national and international legal science development, as well as legislative regulation of social relations; it analyzes trends in case law; comments on the legislation, legal events are printed; he is familiar with the activities of interstate jurisdictions and the like.

      The materials of the publication reflect the current state and prospects of development of the legal system of Ukraine.

The magazine is published once a month, in Ukrainian.
