Ethical Praise Policy
The journal “Legal Ukraine” adheres to international principles of academic integrity and ethical standards for conducting scientific research.
What the investigation conveys:
the fate of people;
personal data wiki;
research on human biological materials;
investigation of the fate of the creatures;
other issues that require ethical recognition in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine or international standards,
the author of the petition to revoke the certifying permit(s) of the Ethics Commission or other authorized body.
In the manuscript of the article, the author is obliged to indicate:
I will name the organ that has given more ethical praise;
number and date of decision (for obvious reasons);
Information about the withdrawal of information from the participants of the investigation (which is not stagnated).
The editors have the right to obtain copies of documents that confirm the ethical investigation.
In cases where ethical permission is necessary, the editors may approve the review or publication of the manuscript.
