Archiving and Preservation Policy

The journal “Legal Ukraine” ensures the preservation and accessibility of published materials.

Archived publication is supported by:

posting materials on the official website of the magazine;
saving electronic copies on video servers;
transfer of materials to national libraries and repositories;
promoting continuous accessibility of DOI and metadata of articles.
The editors make organizational and technical improvements to avoid wastage of data and ensure uninterrupted access to scientific content.

When changing the platform of the website or technical infrastructure, the editors guarantee the transfer of the archive of saved materials from the saved posts and bibliographic information.

ATTENTION AUTHORS!

The journal “Legal Ukraine” is a Ukrainian professional journal that is part of the international scientometric database “Index Copernicus”. It publishes scientific articles in Ukrainian. Articles in English can be found on the website yurincom.com.

Scientific articles that have not been previously published in other publications are accepted for publication. In the articles, the authors must provide a justification for the obtained scientific results in accordance with the purpose of the article (the task set) and conclusions.

LEGAL UKRAINE

Magazine invites the authors to publish exclusive materials: – on topical issues of development of international and domestic legal science; – priority is given to authors who analyze the legislative regulation of public relations, highlight the patterns of development of power, state, society; – summarize case law, provide sound conclusions and advice. The editorial staff will facilitate the publication of comments on legislation and legal developments.Publications should reflect the current state and prospects of development of the main components of the legal system of Ukraine, harmonization of international legal relations.
