Policy of disclosing pre-investigative data to the magazine
“Legal Ukraine”
The journal “Legal Ukraine” promotes the principles of open science and wants the authors to ensure the openness, accessibility and creativity of the results of scientific research.
The editors recommend that authors place the investigative data that underlies the research results in certain data repositories with assigned identifiers (DOI or other mailing).
When preparing and expanding data, it is recommended to adhere to the FAIR principles:
Findable (knowledgeability) – data may be secured by metadata and
permanent identifiers;
Accessible (availability) – data will be accessible through open repositories or other reliable storage systems;
Interoperable (insanity) – data may be presented in formats suitable for repeated editing;
Reusable (re-victory) – the data of guilt is accompanied by a sufficient description for further investigation by other descendants.
Since data sets were compiled during research, the authors can note from the statistics:
place to save data;
DOI or URL to the repository;
gain access to data.
In situations where the data is bound by legislation, confidentiality rules or agreements, the authors are responsible for identifying the reasons for such discrepancies.
The editors of the journal reserve the right to request additional information as long as the latest data is obvious and accessible.
