Open Access Policy
The Journal “Legal Ukraine” is an open access publication.

1. Access Terms
All articles:

  • are available for free;
  • do not require registration or payment;
  • can be freely read, downloaded and distributed.

2. Licensing
Materials are published under the terms of the license:
Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY)
This allows:

  • to copy and distribute materials;
  • to use them for scientific purposes;
  • subject to mandatory reference to the source.

3. Copyright
Authors:

  • retain copyright;
  • grant the journal the right to publish.

4. Publication Cost
Publication of articles:

  • is free (diamond open access);
  • does not provide for APC (article processing charges).

5. Self-archiving
Authors have the right to:

  • place articles in repositories;
  • distribute author’s versions (AAM).

6. Archiving
The journal provides:

  • long-term preservation of materials;
  • open access to the archive on the website.
