ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USE POLICY (AI POLICY)

Agricultural Intelligence Technology Use Policy
The Scientific Journal “Yurydychna Ukraina” recognizes the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in scientific activity and establishes the following rules for their use.
1. Permissible use of AI
Authors may use AI tools exclusively as auxiliary means, in particular
for:

  • checking grammar and style;
  • improving the structure of the text;
  • technical editing;
  • translation.

2. Inadmissible use of AI
It is prohibited:

to present texts, fully or partially generated by AI, as the result of one’s own
scientific research;

  • to use AI to create falsified data or results;
  • to use AI without disclosing this fact.

3. Obligation to disclose the use of AI
In case of using AI, the author is obliged to state this in the article (in the “Methodology”
or “Acknowledgements” section), indicating:

  • the name of the tool;
  • the purpose of use.

4. Author’s responsibility
The author bears full responsibility for:

  • the content of the article;
  • the reliability of the data;
  • the absence of plagiarism.
  • An AI cannot be recognized as a co-author.

5. Editorial policy
The editorial board reserves the right:

  • to check materials for the use of AI;
  • to reject articles in case of violation of this policy.
