Procedure for withdrawal (retraction) of publications
Publication retraction policy
The journal “Legal Ukraine” adheres to the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics regarding the retraction of scientific publications.
A decision to retract an article may be made in cases of:
detection of plagiarism;
fabrication or falsification of research results;
duplication of publication;
significant errors affecting the reliability of the results;
violation of copyright;
violation of the principles of publication ethics.
The decision to retract is made by the editor-in-chief after reviewing the materials and explanations of the authors.
In the event of retraction:
the article remains in the journal archive;
a notice of retraction is placed on the article page;
the grounds for the retraction are indicated;
transparency of the editorial process is ensured.
